Information for Posters
The welcome desk will open at 12:00 on Sunday, 25th of April.Please feel free to register early to collect your badge and information package to avoid queuing.
Size of the posters:
- DIN A1 (594 x 841 mm) upright (portrait) or landscape format or
- DIN A0 (841 x 1188 mm) only upright (portrait) format.
Posters Monday/Tuesday
Your poster will be on display on Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th April on level 2 in CCN Ost. Please click here to see the detailed plan of the poster session. There is a dedicated poster session with drinks and snacks on Monday 26th from 17:40 to 19:00, during which you are expected to be available to present your poster.
Posters should be set up before 10:30 Monday morning. You can also put up your posters on Sunday in the afternoon. The poster walls are marked corresponding to the colour of your subject, each wall has a sign with the abstract number. Please bring adhesive tape or power strips to fix your poster to the presentation boards. Please collect your poster on Tuesday between 17:00 and 19:00 to make room for the second poster session.
Posters which are left behind will be disposed of.

Please bring adhesive tape or power strips to fix your poster to the presentation boards. You can collect your poster until Thursday 17:30.
