Information for Talks

The welcome desk will open at 12:00 on Sunday, 25th of April. Please feel free to register early to collect your badge and information package to avoid queuing.

Please check the program for the start of your session. Please arrive 20 minutes before each session so we can make sure your presentation displays correctly, and the lectures can begin in time.

Please bring your own laser pointer and a USB pen drive with your presentation.

We provide a laptop for the presentations (for specifications please click on the link below). If your presentation does not work on this computer, you are welcome to bring your own and plug it into the switchboard instead.
